Age Limit (as on 30 September 2025):
- Maximum Age: 30 years (i.e., candidate must be born on or after October 1, 1995)

The selection process for SEBI Grade A 2025 consists of three stages:
Phase I – Online Screening Examination
- Two Papers (100 marks each)
- Mode: Online MCQ-based
- Negative marking: ¼ mark deduction
- Minimum Cutoffs:
- Paper 1: 30%
- Paper 2: 40%
- Aggregate: 40%
